Policies
Please do not bring guests to your appiontment
Non-refundable deposits are required for services over $100. Deposits are forfeited if client cancels after 48 hour notice or for any no shows.
If you are running late for an appointment please let me know ahead of time. after 10 minutes there is a $10 late fee. after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled resulting in a 30% rescheduling fee.
If a fake card is entered into my booking system you will be banned from booking.
All new clients should book directly through my website, unless instructed otherwise. This makes it much more easier to determine a time that works best for us.
If you experience more lash loss than normal, meaning you are coming in for a fill and its a fullest, please inform me before appointment. depending on the amount of lashes lost you may have to be rescheduled for a fullest or up-charged. If the lash loss happens within days of your appointment, please message me right away so I can get you in for a quick fix free of charge.
If you wish to cancel your appointment 48 hour notice is required. Canceling after the 48 hour mark will result in a 30% rescheduling fee. Any client who does not show to their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of that service and be banned from booking. If said client wishes to return for service, it must be paid in full upon booking.
After Hours Appointments
